Designations

What do they mean?  There are over a million real estate agents in the U.S.  To differentiate myself, I have earned various professional designations.  What this means to you, is that I am a dedicated professional in the field of real estate and I am here to provide you the best possible services available.  The following is a list of the professional designations that I have earned.  For more information about each designation, please click on the hyperlink provided.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The Real Estate Buyer´s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® awards this coveted designation to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market. Whether traveling abroad to put deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS members are consumer's best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.
